Applications are invited for the position of Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS) Specialist within the Fisheries Operations Divison of the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency.
Responsible to the Director Fisheries Operations, this job exists to be specifically responsible for the delivery of the project result of improving capacity at the national and regional level to prevent, deter and eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing. The MCS Specialist will assist the P-ACP countries to develop robust and cost effective MCS responses to the problem of IUU fishing in the regions tuna fisheries.
