The third meeting of the Regional Steering Committee (RSC) for the Pacific Islands Oceanic Fisheries Management Project (OFM Project) was held at the Rarotonga, Cook Islands on 06 October 2007. Representatives from the following participating country Governments and organizations were present: Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Kiribati, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA), World Wildlife Fund for Nature, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Suva country office).
