The fourth meeting of the Regional Steering Committee (RSC) for the Pacific Islands Oceanic Fisheries Management Project (OFM Project) was held in Apia, Samoa, 17-18 October 2008. Representatives from the following participating country governments and organizations were present: Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA), International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), South Pacifc Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), Pacific Islands Tuna Industry Association (PITIA) and the United Nations Development Programme.
