Short-term Consultant Required
Expressions of interest are welcomed for work relating to a Baseline Study for the Pacific Islands Oceanic Fisheries Management Project (OFM Project). Detailed terms of reference are provided in the attachment Baseline Study TOR.pdf

Minimum Requirements
Interested individual consultants and consulting companies are invited to submit bids which should include:

• the CV(s) of the person(s) who will undertake the work, detailing qualifications and experience;
• their proposed schedule, noting the timing as per the terms of reference .
• submission of a financial bid, including a detailed break-down of the fees and other charges should be provided taking into consideration the bid ceiling specified below.

It is crucial to address very clearly the requirement provided in the terms of reference attached.

Application closes on the 13 of June 2008.

Cost ceiling:
The total cost will not exceed US$18,000. Where financial bids are evaluated, only the fees and similar charges will be compared. Reimbursable costs such as air travel will not be evaluated.
