OFM Project Mid-Term Review : Closes 10 March 2008

UNDP-Fiji Multi Country Office is planning to carry out a Mid-term Evaluation (MTE) of the Pacific Islands Oceanic Fisheries Management (PIOFM) Project, executed by the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA). The evaluation aims to provide an assessment of the progress made towards the project’s objectives and outputs. It should also identity strengths and weaknesses and provide an evaluation of the implementation and management of the project by identifying factors that have facilitated or impeded the achievements of the project objectives and outputs. In addition, the MTE should also provide recommendations and lessons learned to assist on defining future directions for the project.

UNDP-Fiji is therefore looking for consultancy services of 1 Team Leader and 1 Regional Resource Specialist to conduct the mid term evaluation.
