From what I’ve seen, tuna stocks have been severely depleted. We cannot allow that to go on

Fisheries undoubtedly remains one of the most promising sectors of our economy.   We will therefore continue to pursue and encourage joint ventures in this area while remaining vigilant in preventing overexploitation of our scarce resources and endangerment of our fragile marine ecologies
