The Forum Fisheries Agency has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Human Resource Performance Analyst to join our team in Honiara, Solomon Islands. The position is part of the HR Team in the Corporate Services Division of FFA. This role is offered on a 3 year contract.
Reporting to the Manager Human Resource, Performance Management and Administration, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures for FFA. You will also ensure that individual staff performance management and development systems and processes are aligned for effective and efficient delivery of FFA results.
Specifically the Key Result Areas of the position includes the following-:
- Performance Management
- Job and Organisational Design
- HR Services Administration
- Performance Development
- Labour Market Survey
- Planning and Reporting
- Deputise for the Manager HRPM
To be considered for the role you will possess a tertiary degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field. You will also have demonstrated experience administering performance management systems and personnel services within a similar size organisation. The successful candidate will also have experience in organisational budget development including reviews and developments of performance measures and personnel records management. In addition, candidates are required to have at least three years' experience in recruitment and selection.
Proven experience in developing job descriptions, job analysis, and evaluations with experience managing staff contracts and administering staff benefits will be pivotal to your success in this role.
