Assignment Title: Fisheries Technical Adviser

The Government of Samoa (GoS) has applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Samoa Agriculture and Fisheries Productivity and Marketing Project ("SAFPRO") and intends to apply of the proceeds for the following consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") include the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries ("MAF") in developing, coordinating, supervising and monitoring of SAFPROM Fisheries activities effectively.

The detailed Terms of Reference ("TOR") is attached.

Expressions of Interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person or by email) by 5.00 pm (local time) on the 10th July 2020. Email submissions should not exceed 4Mb and a read receipt should be requested.
