OFMPIII - Finance and Administration Officer

The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency is inviting applications from suitably qualified applicants for the position of Finance and Administration Officer. The position is responsible to the Ocean Fisheries Management Project III Chief Technical Advisor/Project Coordinator and works closely with the Finance Team to provide financial and administration support for the project. This is a Position Advertised Locally (PAL) and a 3 year contract is offered to the successful candidate. 

Key Result Areas for this include but not limited to the following: 

- Financial reporting  to the United Nations Development Programme - Bangkok Regional Hub and Global Environment Facility

- Effective internal project finance management

- Project Partnerships

- Audit and Accountability; and

- Provision of effective administrative support to the Unit. 

About You

To be eligible for consideration, you must possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Commerce, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent with relevant experience. Detailed requirements are provided in the Selection Criteria section of the HR1 Application Form. 


Excellent remuneration package offering a minimum salary of SBD$79,697.00 per annum, housing allowance of SBD$72,000.00 per annum at SBD$6,000.00 paid on a monthly basis plus a host of other benefits and entitlements.
