Housing Fund Administrator

The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) is inviting applications for the position of Housing Fund Administrator within its Corporate Services Division. The Housing Fund Administrator position's primary purpose is to provide efficient and effective services in the administration of the Housing Fund.   This role also provides a very important point of communication between staff and their landlords to ensure that staff and their families are provided with the appropriate standard of accommodation. This is a Position Advertised Locally (PAL) with an initial offer of a 4 year contract to the successful candidate. 

Key areas of responsibilities for the role include but not limited to the following-:

- Development and management of Lease Agreements for staff, 

- Financial Accounting, 

- Asset Management and Inventory, 

- Statutory Payments and other duties as required to support the work for the Housing Fund. 

About You

To be eligible for consideration you must have at least a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 5 years' prior experience in the areas of responsibilities of the position. Salary and Benefits

A remuneration package offering a minimum salary of SBD$69,405.00 per annum, housing allowance of SBD$72,000 per annum at SBD$6,000.00 paid on a monthly basis plus other benefits and entitlements.
