Minimum Terms and Conditions

Regionally harmonised Minimum Terms and Conditions (MTCs) for access apply to commercial tuna vessels fishing in FFA member waters.

These conditions are updated from time to time by the Forum Fisheries Committee by agreement of all member countries and territories. The MTCs are given national effect through vessel licensing conditions or by incorporation into national law as appropriate.
